Script: Hello Senator, I am calling to ask for your support for House Bill 1541. This legislation is important for local small businesses. Currently tobacconists apply for one license per pairing event, but this legislation would allow tobacconists to apply for one mixed beverage retail cigar shop license per year that is valid for 18 events. House Bill 1541 simply cuts down on paperwork for small business owners. Thank you for your time.
