The Virginia Senate Rehabilitation and Social Services Committee could reconsider House Bill 2220 tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. H.B. 2220 establishes a mixed beverage retail cigar shop license, permitting qualified tobacconists to serve wine, beer, or mixed beverages for on-premises consumption. This bill was defeated in Committee by a 7-8 vote last week.
