Tomorrow, House Bill 75 will likely receive a vote by the full Alabama House of Representatives. H.B. 75, introduced by Representative Ronald Johnson, expands existing reporting requirements for out-of-state sellers to the Department of Revenue regarding their sales to in-state retailers. If H.B. 75 passes the House of Representatives on Tuesday, it will advance to the Senate for further consideration.
