Texas Senate Bill 21 establishes an arbitrary new age restriction on adults to distribute, possess, purchase, and consume legal tobacco products. This legislation proposes raising the legal limit from 18 to 21 years of age, encouraging individuals to order online or make the drive to neighboring states to purchase tobacco products.
