Pennsylvania: Urge Your Elected Officials to Protect Exceptions to the Clean Indoor Air Act

01 Jun Pennsylvania: Urge Your Elected Officials to Protect Exceptions to the Clean Indoor Air Act

House Bill 1309 removes several existing exceptions to the Clean Indoor Air Act, including exceptions for cigar shops, cigar bars, cigar lounges, and private clubs. The proposed smoking ban legislation would jeopardize over 200 mom and pops tobacco shops and the entire premium cigar industry in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. H.B. 1309 is expected to receive a hearing in the House Health Committee as early as next week. Click the button below to send an email to your state Senator and Representative requesting their opposition to H.B. 1309.
