Immediate Action Required to Save Cigar Tax Cap
Oregon House Bill 2270 removes the $.50 tax cap on cigars, increasing the tax to a devastating 65 percent. The legislation was also amended to prohibit the sale of certain premium cigar brand products in Oregon.
