Legislative Bill 118, introduced by Senator Tyson Larson, creates a limited exemption to the Nebraska Clean Indoor Air Act to allow for smoking in cigar shops. This legislation is expected to receive a vote as early as early as next week. LB 118 is critical to protect the true cigar shop experience at several small businesses across Nebraska. Please click the button below to contact the members of the Legislature and request their support.

 

 

Over the past few months, your representatives at IPCPR have been collaborating with the Cigar Association of America and the Nebraska Premium Tobacco Association to protect the interests of retail tobacconists in Nebraska.
