12 Mar Oklahoma: Urge the House to Vote No on House Bill 2288

- Raise the threshold to be defined as a “cigar bar” to 35% of retail sales, an unattainable number for many existing cigar bars.
- Ban new tobacco related businesses started after November 1, 2019.
- Prohibit existing locations from moving locations or expanding operations.
Please forward this email to your employees and customers, encouraging them to speak up in opposition to H.B. 2288.
